Strategies for Widows
Christi Staib began helping widows after her own personal experience with widowhood losing her husband while on a scuba diving vacation together. Devastated for years, Christi sought guidance and solace in counseling and widow support groups. Through her participation in these support groups, Christi began helping fellow widows navigate their new financial situations and in doing so found a new purpose for her own life. Christi understands that the emotional and financial challenges of widowhood are unique to the individual but she also realized the importance of sharing her own experiences as a widow to help others. She’s written a book and speaks publicly about her own challenges being a widow, and she founded Silver Sail Wealth Advisors to help and support you survive and create a new and different future for yourself.
Take a look at page 116 of Christi’s book which can be downloaded from this page for a checklist to help a widow get through her first year.
